I almost gave up the idea of doing a second workout, but I wanted to actually stick out the program since it is only for 5 days. I did a chocolate coconut water one was well. I got a migraine, which never happens usually and when it does they hit hard.

So this was just what I needed after a long day. I loved the meals for day 1 and felt really clean and light. I tried to do this before, and I failed. I also like the Slim Down Scramble for a savory breakfast option.
